Once we receive your pitch deck and find it aligns with our focus, we’ll reach out for a follow-up. We aim to close a deal within three months, subject to swift due diligence and open communication.
A dedicated Partner will be assigned to lead your deal, working closely with you through each step. Our entire team will meet with you, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of your vision and strategy to guide a well-informed investment decision.

We are always a lead or co-lead for our first round of investment in a company. We prefer to do 100% of the round but can go down to a minimum of 80%. Investing in a select number of startups each year ensures we can be highly involved in supporting your growth.
We prefer to be the first institutional check and invest exclusively in equity rounds. We believe in straightforward, clean investments, avoiding SAFE notes or convertible loan agreements.
We always secure at least one board seat in our investments, but our involvement extends far beyond the boardroom—our true impact comes from day-to-day support and guidance.
We invest in startups across the region, with the requirement that a Singapore holding company be established as part of the deal closure process.
