Yong Shin is the CEO of Augmentus. Prior to Augmentus, Yong shin set up the Augmented-Reality division at Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), pushing boundaries of immersive technologies with multinational companies as well as local enterprises. Through his dedication to excellence, he was featured on Channels News Asia documentary and is a frequent speaker at prominent conferences. Being a technical leader, he is the holder of several scientific publications and patents. He is also an advisor to Singapore Digital Economy development, as well as a mentor at Singapore Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) and Nanyang Technological University.

Daryl is the COO of Augmentus. Prior to his work in Augmentus, Daryl served as the head of product and operations in Edge Neo, a computing distribution company that was the largest technology provider for blockchain encryption solutions in SEA. He has experience in finance, growth and digital marketing processes during his time in Citibank and Seagate Technology, where he was recognized as a top growth executive. Through his entrepreneurial excellence, Daryl has been featured on Channel News Asia, Straits Times, and is often invited to speak and mentor at entrepreneurship conferences.
Voon Foo Chong
CTO & co-founder
Voon Foo is the CTO of Augmentus. He was a prolific software developer at A*STAR and developed multiple ground-breaking robotic systems which led to industrial projects with ROS-I, Rolls Royce and other multinational companies. He was the pioneer in developing the first mixed reality interface for automated robot path generation on commercial robotic systems. He majors in mechanical engineering degree specializing in robotics at the National University of Singapore (NUS) and was a part of NUS’s autonomous maritime systems project, designing launch and recovery systems which involved a broad understanding of mechanical system design, electrical circuits and components as well as software programming.
